The
history of Auerhammer
Metallwerk GmbH reflects, more than the history of any other firm in
the
region, the growth and development of the industry in Aue during the
past 450
years.
From a forge shop the company developed to a modern production plant
for
specialized metallurgical products, used especially in the Electrical,
Electronic, Vehicle Electronic, Measuring, Steering and Regulating
Industry as
well as for the Scientific Appliances Production.
Since the 1st November 1992 Auerhammer Metallwerk GmbH has been
integrated into
the Vereinigte Deutsche Nickel-Werke AG-Group. Strip and cold bonded
materials
as well as stamped, drawn and wound parts compliment the successful
production
programme of the Deutsche Nickel Technology Group.
